Our core values come straight from the Bible. They guide how we live our lives and align us with God’s plan, purpose, and the vision he has given us to make Jesus known so that lives are transformed.

Our Church Values

We keep Jesus at the center

Everything we do is about knowing Jesus and making Him known. We follow the Bible as the blueprint to build the church and our lives.

In John 14:6 Jesus says, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.”

  1. Acknowledge Jesus as the center of every area of our life.

  2. Grow in our personal relationship with Jesus.

We open up the circle

We celebrate others, keep things snob free, and always leave an open seat at the table.

“Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God” (Romans 15:7)

  1. People Matter to God.

  2. Make people feel known and needed.

We lead from the front

We set the example by bringing all of our passion and strength to form a united, strong, and capable team that is fulfilling the Great Commission.

“Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity” (1 Timothy 4:12).

  1. Positive actions and attitudes matter.

  2. Carry the culture.

We choose towels over titles

We generously serve because we have received so much. We unashamedly serve and honor everyone and everything God has given us.

“So he got up from the meal, took off his outer clothing, and wrapped a towel around his waist” (John 13:4).

  1. Model humility.

  2. Give your time, talent, and treasure.

We give away the keys

We refuse to give into small thinking. We lead the way to build the Kingdom of God by empowering and equipping others beyond ourselves.

“When Jesus had called the Twelve together, he gave them power and authority to drive out all demons and to cure diseases, and he sent them out to proclaim the kingdom of God and to heal the sick” (Luke 9:1-2).

  1. Think multiplication.

  2. Equip and empower others.

We sweat the small stuff

Good enough is not our goal. Excellence in the details communicates value so we show our love to others by meticulously executing in the small things.

“Then this Daniel distinguished himself above the governors and the satraps, because an excellent spirit was in him; and the king gave thought to setting him over the whole realm” (Daniel 6:3).

  1. We do our best.

  2. We anticipate the needs of others.
